vxlan/metadata issue somewhere in forwarder #185

Occasionally (not frequently) we are seeing issues like https://github.com/networkservicemesh/cmd-forwarder-vpp/pull/184/checks?check_run_id=2556708327

These are characterized by:

May 11 14:34:23.449 [WARN] [name:forwarder] (1.2)   an error during getting token from the context: metadata is missed in ctx
github.com/networkservicemesh/sdk/pkg/tools/token.FromContext
	/root/go/pkg/mod/github.com/networkservicemesh/[email protected]/pkg/tools/token/context.go:38

And appear to happen around VXLAN cases.
