Remove delay param?

Was introduced in #32, but should not be necessary: when busy, the SPARQL endpoint should just respond more slowly (à la back pressure).

This would help it making the tool easier to use, because now there’s always the question what the ‘best’ value for delay would be.

I think that we did not implement backpressure, because it would take too much development time. It was not added for any contentwise/conceptual reason.
