I know the delta between Circulating Supply and Total Supply is the bounty program funds and timelocked CKB, however where are unclaimed DAO rewards accounted for?

Total supply is 1 + 2, it include unclaimed dao rewards.
Circulating Supply is 1.c + 1.d, it not include unclaimed dao rewards.
