Coast to coast!

As long as you are planning such a long route, why not go coast to coast?

Route 76 starts in Yorktown, VA and rolls right through Blacksburg. Seems like a good place to start.

Just plain following Route 76 would let you use the fine Adventure Cycling TransAmerica Trail maps. But I see you started mapping a slightly different route.

I will revise the route to start from Yorktown, historic place, eh?

I still want to follow the Blue Ridge parkway a bit till Asheville or so.
