Example password is too short in the "How-To: Run Neo4j in Docker" document

The password "test" causes the example setup to silently fail on some Ubuntu systems with no hint in any logs about the real problem.
When you run the setup on macOS, you get an explicit error about the password length.

I stumbled on this problem too, hopefully this PR will fix that.
