Issue with installation

Issue description

I had an issue with the installation instructions which say to drop the MarkdownViewerPlusPlus.dll into the notepad++ plugins folder. Just dropping the MarkdownViewerPlusPlus.dll file into the plugins folder and restarting Notepad++ did not install the plugin. In order to successfully install the plugin I had to create a subfolder inside of the plugins folder named "MarkdownViewerPlusPlus" then drop the MarkdownViewerPlusPlus.dll file into there and restart Notepad++.
