I've created the server to server connection as you explain here to integrate my moodle with my zoom account, and in the moodle zoom's settings it says it's ok but when I try to create a new zoom session it says "Unable to find your account on Zoom." I'm using the same email on both accounts (moodle and zoom)
How can I fix it? Thanks

After you log in to the Zoom Marketplace, it should show your avatar and account information in the top right. That should allow you to confirm that you have the correct account email. In Moodle, you may want to make sure there are no extra spaces or other characters that may make an exact string comparison unsuccessful. Also, you may want to double check the Marketplace app to make sure that it has all of the necessary scopes granted.
