Tutorials Following the F Prime's Git Workflow

Hi,

Letting you know the tutorials will start following F Prime's Git workflow. That means users are expected to branch off of and make their pull requests to devel. By default, pull requests will go to devel. Slowly, each tutorial repository will delete the main branch.

Users with links to main will eventually be broken. In this case, the fix is to replace "main" in your URL with "devel". An example is

https://github.com/fprime-community/fprime-workshop-led-blinker/blob/main/docs/requirements.md

changed to

https://github.com/fprime-community/fprime-workshop-led-blinker/blob/devel/docs/requirements.md
