Is there any roadmap for improving canonical base calling in the presence of high-density DNA 6mA (fiber-seq/chromatin stenciling)?
I have had several discussions that implied that 6mA would be included in the canonical training in a future release, but a timeline or outline of plans would be great to know.
Thanks!

Yes we have an improved model for chromatin stenciling on the roadmap. I have an early access version, feel free to email me at art.rand [at] nanoporetech.com and I can get you access.
