examples/sls: Add examples to deploy and provision Twilio funtions

We already have experience using Twilio a tool that powers personalized interactions and trusted global communications to connect you with customers.

Use Case

We already have experience using the tool but we don't have any ready to use example 👀
We need to cover different examples using different IaC tools to deploy Twilio functions using Typescript 👌🏻

Proposed Solution
