Request email sent when users become "On Leave"

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Emails are currently sent when user joins etc. Would be good to have an email sent when a user goes on leave via the system to remind them they need to file a flight in say the next 30 days (or whatever you have set).

Automatic email sent when user transfers to On Leave.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Nil available apart from manually sending emails which is large.
