1. Add some new elements to Note input tool bar (unhide elements)
2. Reduce MSS size horizontally to minimal size
3. Drag the bottom edge down

Additional context
Sometimes, when resizing the app window by dragging the border, MS frezees for many seconds but doesn't crash. I can't reproduce it though, it's something that happens occasionally.

I found the important condition to reproduce the bug: the note input tool bar should be modified by adding some new elements:
