Description with steps to reproduce

Some notes with staccato are played back either broadly or as a continuous tone.

Test file in the appendix with tempo 136

Tested on Windows 11 and Windows 10
Sound: MS-Basic

Note line accordion bass clef
Measure 1 beat 3 - wide note
Measure 4 beat 1 - wide note
Measure 6 beat 3 - continuous tone
Measure 7 beat 4 - continuous tone
Measure 13 beat 2 - continuous tone

The problems occur with version

Anomalies
The problem sounds change depending on the speed setting

This is at least in part a duplicate of #25831 - the continuous note anyhow - not sure about the "wide note" aspect
