Version 1.6.18 has been out for over a month, but the corresponding docker image has not been pushed!

Hello, that image is uploaded when we release this repository https://github.com/multiversx/mx-chain-observing-squad.

For tag v1.6.18 we didn't make a release there which is why the image was not uploaded. ( the release v1.6.8 wasn't a mandatory release for observers nodes ).

For the next release, we will release every time the https://github.com/multiversx/mx-chain-observing-squad repo to have docker images updated.
