Mirror docker image to ghcr.io

Could you please mirror the docker images on, for example - ghcr.io? The reason is very simple:

Error: initializing source docker://multiarch/qemu-user-static:latest: reading manifest latest in 
docker.io/multiarch/qemu-user-static: toomanyrequests: You have reached your pull rate limit. 
You may increase the limit by authenticating and upgrading: 
https://www.docker.com/increase-rate-limit

This is very easy to include in the existing actions.
