Some time ago I've organized all my apps into folders (through your app of course).
After that I switched to another DE ("Unity" if this maybe important).
And after half year and several package upgrades i switched back and now I see all my folders I've created and all my apps in big common list.
Now i dreaming about some service function to find and remove all that doubled app links.

Hm, it seems I was wrong and I'm sorry for this issue.

But no, I found several apps which existed in folders and without them.
Look at the screenshot.

Attention to "Google Chrome", "Deluge" and also several app on the next pages.
So doubles remover still required.

Right now I 've tried next steps:

  1. Removed "Google Chrome" from the folder "Browsers"
  2. Pressed "Apply"/"Save" button in your app.
  3. And added "Google Chrome" back

The picture doesn't changed, so maybe "Google Chrome" has some additional category in Gnome Shell.
But "Gnome Software Center" shows only one - "Browsers".
