bring gespeaker back to debians repo #70

It seams that gespeaker has dissappeared from debians repo:
https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/gespeaker

It would be nice to have it back in the repo.
If thats not possible:

maybe a ppa at https://launchpad.net
or a flatpak at https://flathub.org
