Description of feature

The output TSV is currently a bit sparse, only containing information output by the original pipeline. We spoke about adding more info to it. Here is a list of items that could be helpful

  • netmhcstabpan values
  • Gene
  • VAF
  • CCF
  • LOHHLA
  • Mutation type (SV, SNP, INDEL, etc)
  • Clonal membership
  • Any info from the maf that we may want here
