Modify Jumbotron padding size #64

We are hacking the jumbotron padding left and right because it's just too big for a bunch of stuff.

We modified by half, thought maybe we should just make this change to MakerStrap:

.jumbotron{
padding-top:65px;
}

Nice, I agree! I am working on a thumbnail screenshotter for makes and it's definitely a bit massive for them.
