"published on" link doesn't work

When looking at a set of records in Buildhub2, if you click on the "published on" date of a record, I'm pretty sure it should show you just that record. Instead it opens up a new tab with Buildhub2 home page with no filters.

For example, seems like this url should bring up a specific record:
