Once we have an example of the JSON files from the shavar creation repository with this PR, we can do the following:

• Adapt content blocker gen script to ingest new file format.
• Adapt unit tests

For QA, we can test that the content blocking feature (ETP) works as expected. The input files were updated and so we are pretty much up to date on what trackers we should block.
