enh: fold in steps with quick key #10

currenly all sections in that hierarchy are folded.

instead please fold the "closest" unfolded section only.
OR use a different quick key for this.

issuing/repeating the fold command will fold the next outer ONLY IF the current section is folded

incidentally .... can i remap the fold command to another key sequence?
