Raffles: Show past raffles #28

Currently the raffles on the platform disappear when the raffle is done, only the owner can still see it.

For participants it would be nice to still see the results of past raffles, as well for future users / clients to see the usage.

Maybe a simple header indicating the raffles are old/done is sufficient, but it might get messy if the full blocks are shown.

Might want to use a simpler list-view to display past raffles with a link to the full information.
