When a bridge has most users swapping one direction and the percentage of the supply accommodated to the bridge is low, a bridge can run out of tokens on one side.
When a user tries to claim their tokens, they receive a general error; Please check and confirm your tokens have landed in your wallet. If not please try clicking the claim button one more time. If you see this message again, please contact support to claim your tokens
I would suggest to put a balance check in place, even before sending the claim tx so people are aware this transaction will not be able to be completed because of the low balance.
Even better would be to check this before sending the balance from the source, because this could save people a lot of gas fees (on ETH) for a swap that is deemed to not be successful and might need to be refunded.
