GADO profiles update

Hello,

I just want to ask if there is any plan to update the prediction matrixes for GADO.
I've implemented GADO as HPO-based prioritization in our WGS analysis platform, but the predictions provided through the github repository are now ~3 years old (2018). Do you have a plan to keep them updated or can you give support on how to generate new ones using updated HPO data?

Hi,

We actually did update the predictions recently. I have put it on my do to format them for GADO and make them available.

Hi Patrick,
Just wanted to check what is the plan to update the prediction matrix and other files used to generate predictions using the GADO command line tool...
Back in November, you wrote here that you have a new version ready but you need to format this to be used with GADO, so I'm wondering if you are still working on this or I'm missing something and the updated files are actually available somewhere.

Thank you for checking-in, excellent timing. We just send the new files to our server admins, so that they will be put on our download server. Might take a day or two but then the new version will be available.
