This PR adds a slide with an example plotly chart. Note that this increases the size of index.html over the default 5MB limit that the analytical platform sets for committing files. (The file is 2MB in main and is 5.7MB in this branch.) See the Security in GitHub page in the AP guidance. I will see if there is a way to override this for the repo.
This PR can be reviewed after the November training session since it might be a bit close to be making changes now.
