Edit condition shows blank PromptID list

I found a weird bug where promptID list on edit condition is blank if the 2nd survey item is a message. If I created another survey and add a 2nd survey item that is not a message but a prompt the promptID on edit condition show the 1st prompt.

Also, if I add a 3rd survey item after the message prompt only then the promptID list shows the 1st prompt on edit condition.

I encountered this on chrome but not on ff.
