We are using the FastPdfKit in our live application, and after updating to latest code with cocoa pods we have 47 crashes in applications in last tow days, That seems to be very very critical situation for us. before this we were using old manually adding the files to project and using that.

Since nobody seems to answer here, I'll try to help. Check if the PDF also crashes with Safari on iOS. We've seen numerous rendering issues and crashes with Apple's CoreGraphics PDF renderer that is used here and ultimately replaced this in PSPDFKit. It's somewhat a competitor so I don't link to it, but while we will be able to render these files without crashes, it's still a good idea to report any such files to radar.apple.com so Apple has a chance to fix it in iOS 10 or beyond.
