Document body and notes

The document body is meant to contain stuff you want to export as a draft. That is why most probably it will never support tables, images and such things.

Notes section is meant to operate sort of "clipboard" to store things you want out of the draft, but still want to keep them.

More sections?

A long, long time ago I thought, that it is not necessary that you need to store your story's background material in the same format as the story draft itself. I was thinking tags and "cards", creating sort of "cards" about characters, places, artefacts, events and such.

I was thinking, that you could have entirely separate editor for this. You could insert images, tables, hyperlinks and other stuff to the cards, as well as create references between cards and story. For example, a wiki page of a character could show the events the character is involved in the story.

So, why not to create a wiki-like section to the document to hold this information? Make an editor to edit the pages, and use them to aid your writing.

Tags: This could be integrated with tags. See:

We could have a "wiki-page" for a tag, taking you there if you click it, or show it at the right panel, or something like that.
