With VPx we can separate and direct audio to more than one PC audio output (like HDMI and AUX). When playing FX3 tables it will only output to the default audio device. Thus, we either loose the backglass audio (best used for music and playfield effects), or we loose the table audio (best used for haptics and playfield effects)

Would you be able to allow us to send the default audio to both devices so we choose? And only when specific apps are running... in this example, FX3.

Thanks for your amazing contributions to the pinball community!!!

I'll keep it in mind, but I'm not sure PinVol is hooked into the system at the right point to do that, and I'm having a hard time picturing what a sensible UI for it would look like. In the meantime, maybe you could have a look at Equalizer APO to see if it offers some way to accomplish this. This seems like just the sort of audio-routing task it's designed for.
