Tried both Chrome and Element via wofi. Haven't tried launching through the terminal but I don't expect them to behave differently.

This doesn't seem to occur with simpler applications (only tried xeyes) or other Xwayland applications (only tried Chrome). I'm not able to reproduce this on miracle as resizing doesn't work for me on it at the moment.
