• Update feature request template #2887 and Update PR template #2950
  We need to be sharper on the content of PRs and issues. The current PR template is okay, but needs some refreshing. In particular, the checklist needs to be updated.
  Add a line with something like "Create an issue or write an extended PR".
  Add a section for Stephanie with "QA notes" containing comments/extra explanation for QA to test properly.

• Enable ruff format skip-magic-trailing-comma #2975
  Investigate whether it is possible to always have newlines and a trailing comma.

• OOI and Report Type selection in new report flow #2920
  Everyoneis positive about this, covers the things we need. Disadvantage: the RESTful part is less visible to developers. Disadvantage: backward compatibility. Conclusion: we're going to try htmx, but we have to do good reviews.
