When the train departs, the MultiPerson Direct Message includes the Bot user in the call function. This makes it so whomever started the call continues to see Slack trying to ring the bot user.

Things to look into:

  1. Can Slack API bot user open a multi person DM without including itself in the list?
  2. Can Slack /call ignore Bot users in the call list?
  3. Is there a way to start a call that only specifies a certain person (I tried /call @person, but still called the Bot, too).
