Remove logs and diag flags from support callhome

Expected behavior

SUBNET no longer supports uploading of logs.
The functionality has been removed from mc support callhome in the AIStor version of the MinIO Client.

Actual behavior

mc support callhome still has flags for enabling diag or logs. This distinction is no longer relevant for SUBNET callhome behavior.
