Yahoo Link no longer exist

In chapter 1 - mining the twitter, there is a reference to check the link of Yahoo!Where On Earth ID, but it's no longer exists. could you replace a new link? or it doesn't work the ID?

The Yahoo! Where On Earth ID for the entire world is 1.
