did you change the word access_token with your access_tokes?

I am having a similar problem. A question regarding Chapter 3 for the instagram mining. Looks like when I follow the jupyter notebook for API access, I kept receiving {"error_type": "OAuthException", "code": 400, "error_message": "Invalid scope field(s): public_content"}. Any suggestions? It is a bit frustrating since Chapter 2 with FB does not work anymore either with all the privacy setting changes. Thanks!

I am wondering whether I am having problems because the Instagram API changed again.
