Thrust is not maintained. I alone do not have enough skill to keep a full v8/blink impl up to date. Stanislas was the one with the bulk of the skill and he is busy with other things. This project is a great template it can either be revived, or someone can do something else similar. Open Source is not always about utility, rather also education and information.

Hey guys, I was sad to hear that Thrust was not maintained anymore therefore I took a shot at creating a project that would deliver the same features but would rely on a solution that would have higher chances of staying maintained: Electron. It has its drawbacks but maintenance-wise I think it's pretty safe.

The project is go-astilectron, feel free to try it and let me know what you think.
