AX Lookup problem - errorCode:1100 error:Permission denied portName:'com.apple.iphone.axserver'

Describe the bug
In ios when i select bulk amount of file like image or video, then this issue is occured. i am using the update file picker version.
my bulk amount of file is more than 500 file pick from gallery.
