Can you share the output of winget list MKVToolNix ?
Have you tried downloading and installing the update manually to see if it is an issue with the installer?

i dont use manual update, always using winget, except doesnt in winget package

Installs normally in my real machine.

The installation might have failed, but the installer still returned an exit code 0 to WinGet, making WinGet think that the installation was successful.

You can try again with winget upgrade MoritzBunkus.MKVToolNix --interactive and see if the installer would throw an error during installation.

mkvtoolnix is successfull after run terminal as administrator, but there is another problem package
