Missing step in README to run quickinput-sample. #280

Following the instructions in the README for quickinput-samples produces an error when running "Quick Input Samples" in the extension. The solution seems to be running npm run compile in between the npm install and Run Extension target in the debugger.

This is just a minor documentation issue and I am submitted a PR shortly.
