Describe the bug
[Pizza Party]: In Step 9, There are some elements missing in [on sprite] block.

Steps to reproduce the behavior
1.Navigate to Microsoft MakeCode Arcade.
2.Move to Multiplayer Tutorials>Select Pizza Party>Execute step9.
3.Drag the on sprite block from the Toolbox to the Workspace.
4.Observe the on sprite block in the workspace.

Actual behavior
There are some elements missing in the on sprite block.

Expect behavior
All elements in the block should be visible when we drag it from Toolbox .
