Extension not wanting to install because of other extensions

1. try installing
   Makey makey keyboard mapping
   Background-scroll
   Raycasting
   Arcade text
   Arcade minimap
   Sprite grid
   Settings block
   Statusbar
   Colorfading
   Button combos

While it should just have installed the extensions normally, it just didn’t. This happens with all of the extensions. It even happens to some extensions that I have already installed. I tried deleting the character animation extension and then redownloading it. That resulted in the same error.
