Color palette dropdown buggy in beta #6579

Describe the bug
the dropdown is constrained to input element size, not the size of the elements in the list, so it's shrunk. regression live->beta

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to beta
  2. Click on my assets in a project -> color palette
  3. click list of color palettes
  4. See error

Expected behavior
drop down should be sized correctly
