Create Environment - Was working yesterday and today I am getting a 500 error #1063

I have an azure pipeline that generates a dataverse/power platform environment using the "Create Power Platform Environment" build tool task.

It was working yesterday and today it fails with a 500 error (attached the raw log).

When I look in the admin.powerplatform.com I can see the environment there in the status "Preparing" and it's been stuck in that status for hours.

I am still able to manually create a new environment just not through the pipeline.
