Describe the bug

TimePicker and DatePicker will show at an unreasonable position when there is not enough screen space downwards.

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Open WinUI3 Gallery, move the window near the bottom of the screen.
  2. Open a TimePicker/DatePicker, see the wired position

Expected behavior

No response

I only recorded DatePicker. TimePicker has the exact same issue.

I confirm it's similar to the bug #4968 that I reported 3 years ago and I even found the source of the bug.
