Describe the bug

When scroll bar is at top:

When scroll bar is in the middle:
image

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Open WinU 3 Gallery, set Navigation Style to Top in the settings
  2. Adjust window size, click
    image, and expand some items to make the scroll bar appear

Expected behavior

Notice how AutoSuggestBox does not exhibit such issue
