menuflyout background incorrect after live color mode change

Description

1. start 'winui 3 gallery'
2. select 'menus and toolbars' -> 'menubar'
3. under 'a simple menubar' click any 'menubaritem', for example 'help', -> the 'menuflyout' will show 'about'
4. start 'windows settings'
5. select 'personalization' -> 'colors'
6. under 'choose your mode' change the value, for example from 'light' to 'dark' -> the color mode will change accordingly
7. go back to 'winui 3 gallery'
8. repeat 3., under 'a simple menubar' click any 'menubaritem', for example 'help', -> the 'menuflyout' will show 'about' with an incorrect background color (note: the 'menuflyoutitems have changed as expected)

Any update on if this will be fixed in an upcomming release, or if works been done to correct the default theme?

I wonder if there is a workaround for WinUI Gallery while the issue is being investigated on the WASDK side. Could the theme be set on flyout.loaded?

I'm not sure if we can implement a way to solve this using the current API of MenuBar. There is no API that would expose the flyout as it is being created dynamically inside the MenuBarItem control. Guess this is a WinUI 3 issue then @karkarl?
