Summary

At present, in WinUI 3 1.5 Experimental 1, we found that some methods have added support for UWP (CoreApplication) Mode, but the program to create WinUI 3 UWP Mode(CoreApplication), However, it was found that internal anomalies still occurred during startup, which caused the application to fail to start normally. I hope to remove this restriction as soon as possible, and bring back the missing UWP template in WinUI 3 1.0 Experimental 1. And upgrade the TargetFrameWork version of the C# UWP template to.Net Core 8.0
