Describe the bug

Winui3 App Page Freeze

Steps to reproduce the bug

When switching between applications using ALT + TAB, there is a chance that the application may freeze，

It will restore when the Alt key is pressed again.

Same as this problem
Every time I switch to another window by using alt+tab and switch back, this page will freeze until I press space.
