When the new window has been created with a new tab in it, it will move with some kind of multiple of the mouse movement if it is a tab at the end of the tab list, and there are more than two tabs present. Please see the attached screen clip for an example.
The same happens if the first tab is dragged, but the window is moved to the left on the screen instead.
The same thing appears to happen always if the created window's tabview is empty (no tabs) when created.
